This glossary will help me to know what are the tasks a human resource do! As a worker in human resource management, there are a lot of things to do. First of all, organization and being efficients are the key for this job. I’ll be the person who spots talent in a potential worker for the company. I’ll have to observe if that person has the skills and is available to work full-time. In my case, I have to pay attention that diversity is present inside the company. Negotiation is part of my job depending on what project I’ll be working on in the future. In every company there are moments when you have to layoff/downsizing some people, and it can be a hard time for me as for the staff. There’re contracts that will be in my charge as of the pay of the employees, their job trainee will be held by a person who’ll be qualified for the specific task. Human resource is also known for establishing an incentive environment for the workers. One of the tasks as a human resource worker will be to do promotion to some products with a certain objective in mind. Having great colleagues is always a plus to have a good work environment. To be able to work in this job. Also, having a respectful relationship with my director is primordial. I’ll need a university diploma in Human Resource Management

Making a company smaller by reducing the number of people working for it.
Example: A company is not making a lot of money, so they have to layoff some workers.
Efficient
Working or operating quickly and effectively in an organized way.
Example: Knowing what you do and being pretty fast at work.
Full-time
(Of work or education) done for the whole of a working week.
Example: Working at lest 30 hours per week.
Incentive
Something that encourages a person to do something.
Example: Doing certain contest/events for the workers.
Job trainee.
A person who is learning and practicing skills of a particular job.
Example: You got a new job, and someone will teach you the details.

Occasion when a company stops employing someone.
Example: Firing someone because he’s got a bad attitude and is not respectful.
Negotiation
Process of discussing something with someone in order to reach an agreement with them.
Example: Having a deal with someone.
Objective
Something that you are planning to do or achieve
Example: Having a goal in mind and being determined to achieve it.
Organization
The planning of an activity or event.
Example: Being able to know what you are doing without any blur.
Pay
To give money to someone for work that they have done.
Example: Having money when it’s timed.
